Restripe 12th Street, narrow the roadway, and widen the existing sidewalk with a new retaining wall to allow construction of a shared use path along the east side of 12th Street south of Union Street.
Coordinate with ODOT to reconfigure and widen 12th Street from Union Street to Pacific Avenue to provide a Safe Route to School. This critical link connects the Heights neighborhood to Pacific Avenue.
