Full reconstruction of Belmont Avenue as a plaza and shared street for all. Creates a flexible, pedestrian-oriented space that allows vehicle access to local businesses while serving as a community gathering space.

Why This Project?

Reconstruct Belmont Avenue as a shared street and community space for all. This must happen after (or as part of) key intersection improvements at Belmont Avenue. The space can host farmers markets and community events.
